Insemenasie

Was vandag dr toe gewees en hy is heel tevrede. Wil my Sondag aand 18:00 sien want hy dink ek gaan vroeer ovuleer as gewoonlik. Baie bly daaroor. So as als goed gaan, gaan hy insemenasie Maandag oggend 10:00 doen.

Ek wil net vir julle ALMAL vra om saam met my te bid dat als sal gaan soos wat ons dit beplan en dat Sondag as ek na hom toe gaan dat daar geen groeisels by my sal wees nie.

Soos ek al van tevore gese het ek glo met my hele hart dat die insemenasie gaan werk en dat ek oor 2 weke gaan… Continue

A good read (and a glass of water)

I got my own copy of Your Pregnancy just before home-time yesterday and spent a good deal of last night reading it. What a gorgeous cover!

I especially love the article about how much having a baby really cost, as I was trying to find out by myself and it's hard to get anything out of hospital clerks and medical funds! I wanted to know if I may have to pay in and if so, how much. Either way, at least I now know what the ball park is.

29 weeks...

So I went for our check-up yesterday morning, and seems everything is fine!

I have a really old-school gynae and he doesn't do scans beyond 20 weeks, so I asked him how he'd know if the cord was wrapped around her neck. He just smiled and said 3 out of 5 babies are born with the umbilical cord around their necks, and delivering such a baby is one of the first things you're trained to do when you study to become a doctor. Completely normal. So I feel better about that!

Pampers / Huggies

I always used to use Pampers 4 my boy Logan who is 3 years old. But I find that it does not take as much as what huggies would take. Does boys wee more than girls? Has any of you had that same experience? I just find that pampers is not what they used to be? Does anybody feel the same as me?
